Phone help.. need to convert mp3 to wma files

I have a new cellphone that is a music player. However, it won't play mp3 files, which is pretty much all I have.

Is there a good free mp3 to wma progam that I can use to do this?

Windows media player will do that if you plug your phone in and the WMP can detect it and if you move music to a device from WMP it auto converts it to WMA
