I went to fill a prescription today and got rejected because of birthdate. When i got back to work and checked my benefits, i was listed as being my own son with one of my daughter's birth dates.

My old insurance company had me down as having my father's birthday, after calling and changing it twice.
Do you use United Health? What fuckups...
