Anyone gonna play EQ2?

Post by Andraxus Lupinedeth »

Hey all,

Just wanted to see if anyone I knew on the Nameless will be switching over to EQ2 when it comes out?

Probably not unless I can bring my current characters with me. I don't feel like starting all over. I would rather get a life after over four years of EQ. I will always be here though, until I get banned~

Don't Lie~

Yes for me. It took me 4 years to learn how to play EQ in moderation and still enjoy it. Although all of us have bashed SOE in years past for their fuck up's, this game more than any other ever programmed/produced has held out attention. Despite it all, they have done something right, otherwise we wouldnt be discussing it here.

I have plans to move to EQ2. I've been keeping an eye on it since it was first announced a couple years ago and I like the developments so far.

Not unless I get in the beta, and really like it. From what I've seen so far, I am not at all intrigued.

I'll be buying it, seeing all the destroyed lands has me curious. I'll need something to play during the crappy winter months as I won't be able to ride my bike. ;)

Zennish!!!

Post by Andraxus Lupinedeth »

Heyas Zennish!

Also heyas Thon, Mudcrush, Kalec and a few others I recognized!

Have you started looking for guilds yet Zennish? I am looking to find a hardcore guild to start with in that game. (They say that it is tailored towards the casual player, but I am willing there will be content for the hardcore). I have checked out a few of the prospective guilds and some seem fun. I would much prefer to join some familiar faces from The Nameless though, especially if they are interested in doing endgame stuff as fast as possible. If any of you moving over to EQ2 want to try and hook up on game release post here, or feel free to e-mail me at andraxuseq@yahoo.com.

No shit bro. How have things been? You still playing EQ1? I am getting a divorce LOL. Instead of trying to play EQ1 again(way too much back flagging and shit) I have decided to start day 1 EQ2 and look for some old school Nameless folks to hook up with. I have tested the waters as far as some of the guilds being created, but it just won't be as fun as with peeps I have known for a while. I posted on the Eye of the Ages website to see how Joust, Stefi, and a few others I know are doing. Maybe I can hook up with those guys when EQ2 comes out. Anyways it's been a busy 2 years for me bro, spent over 270 days last year in the Middle East for the war, and this year I have been doing protection detail for the president all over the country. What you been up to?

Nope.. no more EQ, EQ2, no WOW, no SWG.
Too much time. I created Liquidstayce in Kingdom of Loathing. At least it doesn't take up so much time and I can sneak in a few turns at work.

I'm done giving SoE money. I'm not buying OoW -let alone EQ2.

As it is, EQ1 is nearly dead to me.

Thon, let me know where you're playing. I'm interested in the new publish.

I'll check out EQ2. I seem to check out everything.. Whether I'll stay depends on if the game appeals to me after a month.
