Very interesting read. I tried that game near launch, being a HUGE SW geek i was so excited. I played for 2 days, and quit. That world could have so much done for it, and been very very successful, if they had done it right.

Well I played pre CU and after NGE for about 2 weeks.

I will tell you right now. the game was and is ass after NGE. I saw whole cities fold up over night, along with complete guilds folding. It was pretty bad. When they say 500 people on the weekend they aint joking. Wanderhome which sported about 20-30k went down to 700 over night.

Glad I never bothered with it. I played during the beta a bit but never wanted to put in the time, too much work with that game.

it was enjoyable up untill the CU. Then John Smedley got that dick up his ass called Julio Torres. those to fags pushed the SWG NGE. That thing changed the whole game play, they parsed 37 characters down to 9 and called it 'cool'.
They destroyed the economy and desimated anyone who had alot of cash invested in crafting and such. Was a fucking mess.
