HDadvance for PS2

anyone ever play with this?

basically it lets you stick a HDD into your PS2, and load all your games onto that

games load way faster, and obviously you can then kinda pirate some games and whatnot

I got a HDD for the PS2 for 'free' when I beta tested Final Fantasy XI. When the beta was over, they sent a box for the drive and a letter asking me to return the drive. I conveniently forgot to do that and still have the drive.

The HDD is nice but the PS2 game has to support the drive for it to interface. The 2K games all support the drive and it does make load time a lot faster. I never got into pirating any games by DL'ing to the drive. I'm sure someone has.

this is what HDadvance fixes

you can play pretty much any game via harddrive
