EQ Progression for fun (not a new progression server!)

Hey guys, I'm back in EQ and playing on the test server. I found out about this neat guild that is doing expansion by expansion progression ala the progression server, but at their own pace and with some of the niceties of a full blown server allowed. For example, the PoK/Guild Hall/Lobby are all open for use for travel and banking and tradeskills. Any spells you can get from allowed zones are ok but we restrict gear to the current expansion we are in. (Stupid sony with your jewelcrafting revamp... everything's augs now darnit).

Having alot of fun, Kunark just opened last sunday for us after a stellar Vox/Naggy set of kills. Naggy went down to our 50ish players in about a minute if that. Good times. We'll be starting kunark raids any day now as most of us are in the 55ish range already.

Some of the benefits of Test: All expansions enabled. Double XP. All Vet AA's enabled. We allow /testbuff as well though some choose not to use it. It gets you a decent set of gear that most will be out of by 50.

I spent last all last night with a group in Hate, was alot of fun to see armor drops and have people actually need it. Not just wondering how many blue diamonds I'd get from turning in.
