A buddy of mine has been playing this since release. I picked it up last weekend to join him. And wow.... this game just owns! But I think my favorite part is the cartoon graphics. It truly sets it apart from every other FPS out there. It just looks so good.
It's very balanced, each class has a unique role. It's all about getting into the action and killing. Not to mention the AWESOME personalities every single class has. Google TF2 and watch some of the videos like engineer and heavy weapons guy. It's way to cool.

XIII was another good cell-shaded thing. check that game out
