OK I'm stumped
This customers notebook runs xp pro, and a week ago began to show all web pages without CSS so all pages look white but still maintain html format and display images. Is there some kind of setting that controls this? BTW this happens in IE, Firefox and Opera. Any ideas?

Did you check the Accessibility options for High Contrast settings? That will change the look of everything including web pages.
