Nick Diaz vs Gsp is a few hours away

I have waited a long time for this fight to finally happen. All of my hopes are with Diaz and I do believe he is going to win this fight.

I was watching this and the music at the beginning was whack had me worried for a second but I stuck it out and then it got awesome and got me feeling pumped. Its gonna be a long afternoon.

Not very happy about that. Gsp is a monster who other than by lucky shot seems to be unstoppable. I thought nick wold be able to challenge him more on the ground and on the feet.

GSP dominates everyone who fights him its nothing new. Also finish more fights when was the last time he finished one ? Hes very cautious and it makes him annoying to watch. Theres a reason why i like diaz and jones and silva those guys come out to win fights a lot of other guys just come in to score points and i hate it. Not a fan of fitch shields gsp and any other smother fighter. It works and it wins so I dont hate anyone who goes for the W but I dont like to spend my money and time on that kind of thing. Its not the decisions that piss me off its the way fighters come to them. Im not at Hendricks for not finishing Condit cuz that was a fight.but I cant see any reason why a fighter as dominant as GSP cant finish people off. I dont hate GSP he comes across as a really nice dude but i cannot stand the way he fights.

Diaz barely had a scratch on him and GSp face was beat in. That shouldnt be how it looks after a fighter wins every round.

Diaz fought like shit last night and GSP performed how he always does. Wish I could say I was shocked but im not just disappointed.

My last complaint is that both silva and gsp are on a level that other fighters arent on, both have destroyed there division and they really need to quit screwing the fans out of what they want to see and get in there together before they are too old to do it.

big name fights like that are always boring. two really good fighters aren't gonna let themselves get fucked up. i remember long time ago watching mayweather jr. box de la hoya and despite how good each of them are it was probably the most boring fight i've ever seen because they were both such excellent fighters, yunno? the good fights are when someone shitty goes against someone good

Ill agree drem most main events are a real let down. It does seem like some guys bring it more than others when it comes to the big ones. SIlva and jones come to mind. Chuck used to bring it. MMA fighters are getting better all around and the improved skill sets are actually making the sport unwatchable. Im not a just bleed fan I understand grappling real well I just cant stand wasting my saturdays being bored to death.

I think the rules need to be reworked. No one wants to spend ppv money and be bored any annoyed. My guy isnt going to win everytime and as a sports fan thats something you gotta deal with but I really dont want to watch smother fights at all. Go for the sub or beat the guy down but dont just lay on him. There is no excuse good enough for me on why a guy as good as gsp cant finish his opponents. Member matt hughes and tito ortiz from back in the day ? THey took you down and beat you down. That is how you use that fighting style.
