Hey anyone want to go to PoI with me? I need to collect things for the dragon to get factory flag. I'm also leading a few groups to go kill dragon next week-ish.

Actually it is, 1 person needs a key to open the door to MB, now shut the fuck up and be owned.

If you wanna be a technical fucker, sure. But alas, the days are gone where that key was oh-so-rare. And you can find anyone 55+ that dosent have their head up their ass with that key. Cause they did either a pickup or are in some form of guild that can mass together 18 (wow) to defeat him.

Thus, unless 2/3rds of the population of EQ that have their second class title or higher suddenly quit, no, this flag will never again be needed by anyone, ever.

My understanding is that the only flag required to PoTime is PoEa Mystical Arbitor....

well yeah you can 'cheat' your way through by riding on other peoples flagged coat tales, but you need these other flags completed for your Planar Progression quest charm, that is - if you want that.

Or to be able to get into zones without worrying about only 15% of the raid can be unflagged.

OR if you want time flagged since thats a key not a flag and you can't ride the 85% rule on that.

3 of the drops for the time key come from zones you can be guested into, one comes from Plane of Earth B. Since you can't guest people into Earth B, you need the flag from mystical arbitor in Earth A. Only one flag needed. If you're in a guild thats fast tracking people into time this way you probably have better places to xp anyway.
