How good are they?

What is the best ''spying'' class in the game, stealth wise?

All Scouts get stealth. They all can spy fine. The differences are in the branching of abilities.

I'd guess the rogue tier is a bit stealthier than the predator tier, but thats just a guess.

You get one of those 2 things.

I have not done them but apparently the Ranger and assassin quests are awesome. The write up on the one quest basicly described splinter cell.

Honestly 150% of the scouts you see in beta are predators. There is actually a negative number of bards because of all the LEGOlsszes.
