Does anyone have any info on how to make Vox spawn?

She was up and de-popped about a week ago after a patch, and hasn't been back.

Is it some kind of trigger or did Sony pull her out because of the crap loot?

you need to do a few trigger before, tons of raid mobs. Kinda like a mini ring event
