Anyone take it? I'm basically interested in the morning-after effects and if people generally feel more well rested.
Stacy I know took it for a while, She still had problems and got up in the middle of the night often.
When I took it I slept fine, but I sleep fine with out it also... /shrug I hit the pillow and I am done.
