Remember to stipulate all survey costs in contracts folks... the seller of the house I bought stuck me with the costs of the survey(the fucking deed was redstamped because part of the property falls within a flood zone, but whatever).

I'm beginning renovation planning stages tomorrow. I am going to try to document everything, expect pictures of a Colonian Georgian from the 1840s someday soon ^_^
