About 3 days ago when I woke up I streatched out. My whole right calf cramped up. Normally when this happens the pain just goes away after a minute. Three days later it is just getting worse. I am limping around, I can stand on my right leg full weight, but if I try to rise up to the ball of my right foot and stand like that, I end up on the ground in pain because my leg will not support me. Last night my toes on my right leg started to get pins and needles in them at random times. I cannot even take my dog out because I am afraid she will be able to get away from me because I can barely walk. Thank god I have the week off the children's program at the gym and am only on the desk, because sports will not happen this week. Should I suck it up and go to the doctor? I am starting to wonder if I pinched a nerve. Any light streatches or advice? I need to be on my feet before next week when I start working the kids program again.

well I would suggest a doctor visit it could be lots of things, if you are getting a pins and needles feeling it is probaly more neurological than a muscle pull.
