No idea of her eating habits. She does sprints and long distance running. I just wanted to post because it's great incentive I think. That's actually her boyfriend with her. Lucky guy.

Both my parents competed in the senior olympics a couple of years ago. I have to say it was embarrassing having both of my parents be in better shape than I was. I am not out of shape by any means, but my mother could outrun me (in distance), and my father could outplay me in any raquet sport.
