Zanchief
well that was short
I played for a few hours today and realized why i left. I never bought OoW but if i want my lvl 66-70 spells i apparantly need to get it. Also there are a ton of AAs that you can only get with OoW. DoN looks cool but its 30 dollars for it and atm i dont have that cash. Sooo maybe i can just burn out a bunch of AA at PoFire tables, that should keep me entertained for 10 minutes a day for the next 20 days.

Hmm...
I think i logged onto EQ just a few days after OoW hit and i decided to quit. Dunno if duration of time away from EQ has anything to do with it, but who knows maybe it does. If the evertreadmill didnt exist it would be cool.
Right now i prefer DAoC over EQ. In DAoC the xpansions are not NECESSARY that are buyable. The new classic nontoa servers, with range/group member buffs are only makin things more ineresting. Negating a need for ToA if you want, many peeps flocked back to the game after this, and so far it is going well. Peeps are not runnin BG all 3 caster groups with bomb heals and FoP, nor banespike trains. There is also a new xpansion out soon and as long as i dont need the buyable xpansion before it i will be ok with this game. It is doing a good job of biding my time until the next great thing comes along by Xmas of this year.
Lookin at a lot of games and Dark and Light is keepin a lot of hush hush with a good lookin product for Screenshots of a few years ago. They have surely upgraded since then and recently invited more beta peeps. I like PVP cause you can have 1v1s or group vs group, etc. If it is better than DAoC i am all for it.
