Madden 2006

Has anyone played this yet?

I have 2005, and have a blast with it

has enough new shit been added to give up on my 11th season of 05, and move to '06?

The game is upgraded and there are some neat new features.

That said, they did nothing with Franchise mode, which bums me. Thats my fav part.

it's pretty kickass the way it is now

Quarterback vision...QB has a line of sight..(bigger and smaller for better qb's) If its in the line, it's more accurate, if its not in it, its alot less accurate. You an move it left and right though.

When yuo have the ball, you can use "truck stick" to plow through, like hitstick but for offense.

Superstar mode, you can make your own player..pick how he looks/parents/college, then you take interviews and iq test, and you get drafted. Gotta work up to startnig role, even though you can put yourself number 1 on the depth chart.. I've never got far in it though, i've played two games with my linebacker. I got drafted by Saints..ugh.

do you control ONLY the player you created?

That would kind of kick ass

everything else is computer controlled, and you watch from the sidelines when not playing, lol

would suck to be the placekicker or something, haha

Nope, you play the team...I dont think you can do the trades though..You also pick your posistion

It'd be awesome if you got to play as a highschool player, get recruited to college, play thru that to get drafted based on your college career, and how you performed in the mini-camp minigame stuff

then ONLY controlled that player on the team

that would kick ass, i'd play a football game like that in an instant

You can upload an NFL street or a player from NCAA football and you get to be them.

I'd love to only control that player

All in All madden 06 is a upgrade I mean the run game is has gotten a little better than they touched up on something they havent in a while the passing game now instead of the Speed of a quaterback of the Athletics if you will now you quarterbacks Awareness comes into play what i mean about awareness is his ability to read the defense and make the throw downfield.

PS heh Michael Vick Exposed for the crappy QB that he is passing wise
