Basically it said, KOCF is badass and know how to raid...however some other guild couldn't and they assume that KoV is on the same page as them and basically look forward to raiding with him....Basically, somoene has a big head and a small brain, similiar to Finawin.

KoCF is the guild I disbanded when their guild leader, zeffner, started harassing people in real life, stealing shit, etc. I was an officer and kicked all their members and all the spam invite members in thier lower level "training guild". almost 300 total. I think about 60 rejoined.

This is about thier 6th failed... I mean soon to be perfect alliance.

They can raid. They got Vindi after OOW came out with only a little help from 5 or 6 high level raid guild guests.

Page is down, but I assume that Zeffner posted since someone made fun of the spelling. My psychic powers tell me it is some bizzarre driven about being a top guild, how they know about raiding, how they are a family, how this other guild will provide the manpower they need, blah blah blah.

Suprised he is posting. Someone had told me he was back in the Fed Pen. (although thinking back that was in 2003 or so. I guess he could be back out on probation)

Here is their new site and guild name btw. They have an Agnaar key now! Thank god for pick up raids

Yep.

(It was a joke Mop. See, they killed vindi with a raid, after trying repeatedly for years, 4 or 5 expansions late, with the help of members of another guild who would have had a good shot at him just themselves. Get it? They are a raiding guild! Just one stuck pre-SSRA. Hell, pre-AOW.)

ummmm, KOCF is not a raiding guild, they are not great.....

they are, as was mentioned, about 4 to 5 expansions behind, though 3 years ago they still couldn't manage the entrance of NTOV

Apparently, before I moved here from another server, Imtuffenuff had made Knight of the Vineyard a family guild. He made me an officer and wanted to do planar progression. He always thinks his way is best without really a clue how to get where he wants. With the merger they think they are gonna get to PoTime because of the increased numbers. With their leadership at this point, I wouldnt reccomend they raid the kitchen cause they would get owned by the Rice Krispies lol. Well I started a family guild so I can enjoy playing and not raid all the time.

The worst part of the game is that too often you trust people and they turn out to be trash. But I spose it's a good lesson and I dun think being cynical about people is such a bad idea anymore =P

these guys genuinely have no idea what they are doing and they shite on anyone who becomes a leader or speaks against them..... which end up being any player who has half a brain...

Can't you get auto-backflagged if you pay a good guild to take you to time now?

Now if they start farming money 24/7, buy 10 people one at a time Time Backflagging, they could make a raid with 12 and backflag 2 new people each time!

Or do you have to kill something to get the backflag? If so I am sure when an expansion moves the level max up to 80 there will be pick up groups in Time to get flagged from.

Honestly any guild with a bunch of lvl 70s should be able to take the low end of SSRA and 20 minute raids like the BOT towers. So there is plenty for them to do until the level cap is raised again.

Wait a sec? Is that date correct? 4/30/2005?

If they merged that long ago I guess we have seen Zeffner's rise to power. It happened months ago and now he and KOCF are top on the server.

LOL no they just merged. We began discussing it then. They actually left this page in the officer forum after we had access and we totally missed it. I guess I should have taken the time sooner to read all the old posts.

When he was confronted about it by the guild leader of KoV, he blamed it all on me and said since I was basically running KoV at the time, he was referring to me and my incompetence. The Funny thing is that I have copies of posts also which detail his involvement with the actual guild leader of KoV during this time. The server merge didnt happen until May 2 and I never really talked to Zeff til the beginning of June. Gratz Zeffner and KoCF leadership on screwing up another guild besides their own. On to work on a real family guild =)
