damn lyion, that sucks... i was just about to rope you into joining a weekly DoD group that i do with a paly and ranger... I think you should try some of the raiding (not pickup) before you leave for good... that's the most fun in EQ these days

no, i'm being gay and exploiting DoD tasks. go look up "Hides you seek" and you can see what i'm doing. basically i FD / Invis / sneak through the mission to complete all of the objectives/tasks....

it's not a monster mission ... it's a real mission where i play my character utilizing it's skills ...

not sure if i could get the mission with a level 60 in the group.. i believe the average level has to be 68+ , so for a 60 we'd need 5 level 70's... I might be able to taskadd you after it starts though ~ we can try

I'm doing these runs now for the aug. If you need it, send me a tell Thursday night. And before anyone asks, no I don't get anything out of this. I already have the Aug and I am doing it just because I want to.

I'm assuming you are 2 boxing? Lyion is 2 boxing a beastlord and cleric i believe. So that gives us 5 players with all of the core classes covered. We'd just need a 6th DPS or backup healer ...

in summary... EQ2 failed. It has a low subscriber base. Therefore server consolidation is already happening...

That's kind of shady. If you sold the account, why try to get it back? Just start yourself a new account. You can level from 1-70 pretty quickly these days, and if the guy who you sold the account to decides to play again, then you aren't screwin him over.

Can you do a mission, like 69.3, without first doing 69.1 and 69.2? or do you have to do them in order?

I did 69.1 (hard) last night, and was overly impressed by the loot from this thing. I'm wanting to schedule a group for friday, saturday or sunday to do some of the other DoD spell missions for the nice loot If you are interested let me know.

Lyion, I found that the DoN missions are a great way to get uber gear. Each mission rewards you with crystals, which you can then use to buy gear from DoN vendors. they get boring after awhile, but the exp is definately insane... that monk was stuck at 65 from back when GoD first game out
