I found this somewhat odd. If you prefer AE to mob control why not just use mages and get the job done right? A properly dressed mage can pump out solid DPS on single targets and give you the best DPS in the game against multiples.

It's probably becuase i've only run into horrible mages to date
I see a lot of power in the class, but most of the ones i've seen are retards that can only play 1 way

they can only AE
or they can only nuke
or they can only poly

the more I think about it, I tend to just prefer people who play well, regardless of class, as opposed to perfect group makeup with poor players

unlike EQ (to a certain extent) you can get by with almost any 5 classes in a group and be successful if you play to your strengths

You need to fire whoever your mage is, then. (Pun intended~)

I have absolutely no problem keeping something sheeped while nuking. Blizzard and flamestrike are a different story... but I can easily cast arcane explosion, frost nova, and cone of cold around my sheep with little to no worry.

Jirig is a shepard.

It all makes sense now.

ps. how are you punk?

actually we use 2 warriors because simply... both are friends :P

plus when 2 lower level healers are doing bd, you need one to be able to pull aggro off healers while other is tanking general etc.

ie. we did general in blackrock Depths with 46 druid, 49 priest, 53, 54 warrior and 59 hunter. In that case a druid cant really get away without healing. esp when fighting the elementals. at that level you die fast meleeing.

Like i said, that is our usual group, because thats when 3 friends and my brother and I get togeather for instances.

my main circle i like to use to conquer anything is warrior, druid, priest and add anything else. And I hate dire bear so i never use it, cat form dps is much more satisfying. Tho over 5k ac at 47 in caster gear is nice in bear.

Nope i mean general

General Angerforge

Getting to emp with low levels is lil tough due to aggro, single group that is

You need rogue or Druid that is high enuf to get through lyceum without being detected, because respawn is extreme fast there.

Oh I didn't know that was an accomplishment. I was hoping you weren't confusing General Drakk with Emperor.

its a lower level group/single group, if you knew anything you would realize doing General Drakk is not possible with those levels... but then again, i'm not surprised you dont

p.s. General Drakk is in Spire not depths newb :P

I enjoy having them around as a backup healer, the buffing is handy, and there's already plenty of dps between the hunter and the mage.

If you're going to delete posts - then delete the posts that refer to them so as to prevent confusion.

P.S. Don't be a faggot and delete posts in the first place.
