Winsor Pilates

Holey crap this video is awesome. I have tried all kinds of at home workout tapes and forms of yoga and pilates and whatnot. Never liked them enough to have the motivation to do them. So I bought Winsor because it was on sale on Tv. I tried the video today and its great! Its sorta dance based so its not your boring elevator music and slow motion stuff. If your looking into getting a in home workout or something of this sort, you should try this. I could feel all of my body being worked and it didnt have wierd breathing or anything like most videos I have tried. Anyway, did my workout and felt great afterwards and actually had fun doing the workouts. I got my Dvd and it came with a cookbook (good recipes in there) for $13.00 including shipping.

I enjoy doing them, when I remember to :)

Crielle, Mart, how has this set of exercises worked out for you? Like Mart, when I remember to do them :teehee: I see a difference within a week or two of just doing the 20 min. workout 6 days a week. The accelerated workout is good too I think, though I don't always have the hour to do this, as my kids use me for a jungle gym as soon as I lay on the floor....

Yours too? I try to do them after they've gone to bed but then I'm wide awake and can't sleep. I'd do them in the morning but I am NOT a morning person and it takes me a while to wake up and get motivated. The kids wake me up anyway, so that wouldn't work.

I'm hoping (cross your fingers) that once I have 2 kids in school next year I'll be able to persuade Riley to exercise 'with' me instead of 'on' me.

I love the exercises even if they do make me feel like jello after I haven't done them for a bit. They really get every part of the bod.
