you can mess with what you eat to help.. but from what i guess .. it doens't help too much

If anyone wants to make a list of things to eat/drink that are good, that'd be nice.

I know pineapple juice, but I'm sure there's a ton of other things too.

Guys stay away from tons of meat and fast food (burgers, etc)..... fucking rancid tasting cum :( The healthlier the food you eat, the better off the taste results seem to be.
