Sweat Boxes

My gym has those sweat boxes, I think they are called saunas? What effect if any do these have on weight loss and muscle tone. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.

They make you sweat, lose water weight that is hardly long-term...

I don't think they have any practical use beyond losing weight for those who need to make a certain weight for a certain sport etc.

i use one to relax post workout..Sometimes I stretch in there too. Make sure to bring water with you if you do to stay hydrated.. good for the pores! No lasting effect on weight loss or muscles. Just relaxing.

sex is good in a sauna too if you have the hots for your personal trainer =P
