New wourkout routine i've been doing last 3 months

I do short set of Tai Chi at slow speed, than at high speed, than pull out a pair of 10lb http://www.clubbell.tv/index2.html and do set for 15 min. Strength and muscle gain, and body fat loss i've seen out of this is far above what i used to get from regular cardio and and weights.

Anyone else ever tried Clubbells?

Never user clubbells but Tai Chi is an increaedable workout without feeling like your actually working out. I use to do it for 3 hours a day every day.

lol... I'd be scared that Mop would clock me over the head and drag me around like a caveman with those in the house when I was bad... haha! Looks cool though.
