Shaun Alexander of Seatle Seahawks won The Associated Press Most Valuable Player award. The five receiving votes were Alexander(19 votes), Manning(13 votes), Brady(10 votes), Barber(6 votes), and Palmer(2 votes).
It's an shame Barber got so few votes. He absolutely carried his team, moreso than Brady, and he didn't have the easiest SoS in the NFL like Seattle did.
I dunno. The Giants would be nothing without Tiki Barber. The Seahawks don't depend quite so much on Alexander. To me, that makes Tiki more valuable to the Giants.
I agree completely Minrott. Tiki should be the league MVP.
Plant any top 10 back behind Seattle's line, like KC, and you're going to get good results. Tiki played a nasty schedule and carried his team moreso than Shaun.
