The rug would be ruined, though. There's a shit-ton of fluid during a birth.

Actualy, Adi, when you have a baby, everyone and their brother has a hand in it....and I literally mean a hand in it. ;)

You don't worry too much about covering your stuff up after a while. :)

Yeah, it's pretty common in home births.

I was making a funny about the rug......she's got enough money she wouldn't care about messing it up.....I doubt this is based upon what really happened, however. She is self-absorbed enough to think something like that would be 'beautiful' and 'natural', though. All I can think about is icky bear fur near a newborn.....gross.

She also had a planned birth. Not a oh-shit-I-am-pregnant-what-the-hell-am-I-going-to-do-now birth. Not really a poster child for pro-life, I'd say.

No, nothing wrong with a planned birth at all. It's just, maybe women who do plan births dont normally have the decision to abort or not. So why show this subject as a pro-life model?

This HAS to be some kind of joke and they just havent revealed the punchline yet...
