is it a constant pain or is it like a pain that flares up when you move in a certain direction?
i've been doing a lot of weight lifting and yoga lately and now whenever i kinda lean back and stretch out my abdomen i get this weird pain in my stomach/lower back, but i'm not sure if it's just soreness or what (it's been going on for like 5 days now but i've been working my core like crazy)
if you have any hernia insight plz post here
regards,
batman
what do hernia's feel like

My friend had a hernia for years until it got so bad he had emergency surgery on it.
A hernia to my knowledge is a ruptured intestine wall that fills up with fluid in a very painful manner. (varies depending on severity of the tear and other factors)
If you catch a small hernia early it won't be so bad. I would get it checked out ASAP.

Hernia is a tear in your abdominal wall where an inner organ pushes out through the tear, whether it be the bowel, intestine etc.
Check the area where the pain is starting. Is there a lump of any sort forming? Or does it look/feel normal? You may have just strained the muscles.
Either way if it persists I would suggest full lower body amputation! Or a doctor
