Birth father information.

I am not reading through this all but I have a suggestion.
You do not need to get the info from your birth mother, adoptions have legal paperwork. Being that you were to person adopted you can go and request access to this paperwork. Perhaps through a phone call to the area you were adopted in even since you are in another country right now.

Were your birth parents married? I dont feel like looking on page 1 to see ifyou said they were or not.
If they weren't, and your mom didnt put him on the brth certificate, there is nothing you can do unless your mom wants you to know.
If they were married but he still isnt on the birth certificate, you can possibly try going to a family tree site and looking it up by your birth moms name. Its how we tracked down my cousins brother.

HAhhaa good one Jay...
I think the way i see it, your birth dad might be thinking that you never did existed. Maybe your birthmom told him she was pregnant but he didnt bother and thought ..damn i think she wants money for an abortion.. and thought she did just that. Just a presumption.
Also, i doubt there is any adoption paperworks right? I'm thinking your mom just passed you to her sister without any paperworks.. i could be wrong...

I could be wrong, but just handing your kid over would be illegal. There has to be paperwork, but as mentioned previously that won't get me anywhere.
Juls he knows I exist;p He was the one who informed my birth mother about 5 years ago that he had a family that has no idea I exist. That was when I first inquired about him.

There's your answer then. She must have mentioned you to him and his way of declining was to tell you his family didn't know you existed.
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

Yeah, if he is talking to your mom who has the ability to contact you or get contact information from her and he still hasnt called you or anything, I would take that as a hint.
