what are some low-impact smart ways to introduce cardio into my life. I haven't done any cardio in a couple of years besides some running here/there because I don't do it anymore and I miss it sometimes. so, besides running, what is the best way? I want the most effective way...what about cycling? what do you guys know about cycling and it's cardio benefits. or what is better.
also I do not want to have a heart attack while doing cardio, my heart works kind of funny so I have to be easy on it. I also want to concentrate on having strong legs, strong upper body/core and I dont' really want to do aerobics either. any ideas?
I've heard that cycling is really FUN if you get the right instructor they make it great...

Swimming biking and walking are the best low impact ways to do cardio....aside from sex. If you need me to show all about the fourth option...just let me know np np.
so walking is better..I'm not against walking really I just don't like it that the road is uneven and it might affect my hips/lower back. (this is what the chiropractor warned against) my neighborhood is beautiful and I don't mind the walk and ipods are good for that too.
