Actually, it was documented in the Connecticut Post in about a dozen different articles about four years ago.
I can't know everything. I only know that there is a serious problem in this country right now and people think that racism is dead. Well, it isn't. I know that our generations are better at dealing with this kind of shit. The newer generations are even more evolved thinkers than we are. And thank the gods for that. The reason everyone was flipping out was, during a big affirmative action uprising in connecticut, the firefighter test was modified from a numbered score to "pass/fail". People that were scoring drastically better than another person were being denied the job because connecticut was forced to fill a minority quota. They new the only way they could fill the quota was to make the test pass/fail.

You're lecturing 8th grade shit to a board full of adults. Everyone here knows racism exists. I live with racism. I'm saying it's not as bad as you make it out to be for 1, and 2, there's bigger problems out there. Any reparation or extra government assistance (which would apply more to a black person than a white) is enabling black people to transform into lazy niggers. I've seen people line up at the welfare office excited for their free handout. I've also seen poor black people who rise up and ignore racial pressures to make something of themselves.
To summarize Morgan Freeman, racism wouldn't exist as much if we'd "shut the fuck up you stupid motherfuckers" about it.
