i would wish to be content . . . with how i look, what i have, where i live, etc. just plain happy, y'know? not always thinking "man i wish i had a jiggle-free body" or "man i wish i didn't live across the parking lot from a meth lab"

when I was in school I lived across the street from a crackhouse, and there was also one in the alley, was so fun to get drunk and sit on the roof and watch the crackheads skitter out of no where and go knockin on the door haha. One had hookers in it too and it was fun to watch people buy them too, we actually caught one of our good buddies pickin one of em up haha

that's all well and good, and i am very flattered, but seriously? jay has a point. it most certainly is the inner fat girl talking--but unfortunately that fat girl left her mark on a lot of me, making me not as confident in my unclothed looks as i would like to be. :\

that's ok leah..it takes time to overcome the stress that is bought on by spending time overweight

it is sad that this country demands so much from people as far as looks are concerned....

I'm pretty happy with myself. I know I could stand to loose a little(heh lot) weight, but I am not putting that high on my priority list. Gid claims he likes me naked, I like me naked and thats all that really matters.

i don't think joshua cares either way. it's not so much that i wish i looked better for his--or anyone else's--sake, i just wish i was content with how i look, because isn't that really all that matters?

Gonna go ahead and reiterate again in Leah's defense because I think we can both say it til the cows come home, but no one will ever know unless they've been there - you can't just tell the inner fat girl to shut up, when you've been 200+ pounds and you've lost 40-60 of it and fluctuated between the last little bit that you want to lose, it's impossible to just look in the mirror and not see what you always saw when you were bigger. It's always an uphill battle - you can tell a girl how hot she is the way she is and in a situation like that, she's never going to believe you until she sees it when she looks at herself. It's one of the rare situations where a woman truly isn't fishing for compliments and honestly just disagrees with you.
