personally i think that god wants everyone to be gay, because since we all have original sin in us, propogating the human race is evil. So making babies is evil, and being gay is right. Also, im sure the planet would fucking love it if we all died off, and god created the planet, so ...

Plus, being gay is the only way to keep our future selves from coming back in time to take over southpark.

There was a little thing in the early days of America that people termed the "seperation of Church and State" It seems to me we are getting awfully close to the re-integration of Church and State. Legislating morallity is idiotic at best and castostrphic at worst. If we keep this up we might find ourselves the victim of a good solid stoning (or we could bring back the practice of crucifixion if Dubya would like) just because we ate meat on friday between Mardi Gras and Easter. That is after all a cardinal sin in the eyes of many catholics.

How I feel about gays is rather hypocritical in even my own eyes. Gay women I totally empathize with, the female form is afterall a beautiful thing, I can understand completely why a woman would be attracted to another woman. Hell I am attracted to most women myself. Seeing two women having sex (up close and in person) would fulfill one of my life-long fantasies. The very thought of two men having sex repulses me. I know some gay men, I even have a cousin who is gay, as long as they dont rub their sexuality in my face (figuratively speaking) I dont care one way or the other. but seeing two men making out would probably make me puke.

Now do I believe that no one, myself included, should have to right to dictate what someone does in their own bedroom as long as no one is being forced and all parties are above the age of consent, and even that I am a little wishy washy on because "age of consent" varies by country. Do Japanese children physically mature faster than American children? I somehow doubt it. Should we prosecute our grandparents for getting married before their 16th birthdays? but I digress.

Marrige is a LEGAL institution. It allows people to legally share possessions (and conversely take those possessions away should the relatrionship dissolve) It has very little to do with morality.

Zanchief --- who the fuck died and made you NT's version of Jimmy Swaggart? I do however have a couple of serious questions for you.

1.) Do you feel that female gay people are as offensive as male gay people? Have you ever watched lesbo pr0n? did it make you randy? If so do you believe you are going to hell because of it? If it didnt turn you on, then that leads me to the obvious question WTF is wrong with you? are you so morally uptight that the sight of two beautiful women stroking and caressing each other in an obvious sexual manner did not arouse you, or are you jsut so prudish that you dont think you could handle two women at once?

2.) If God is perfect and He created all things (remember Satan is evil and cant create, only destroy or pervert) then do you think He created gays? If He is perfect why would He create imperfect beings (or worse yet abominations)? Do you think that maybe God is a sadist who created us all to torment with temptation and sin, and that we should destroy each other in a fit of moral righteousness? I would like to pre-emptively address your reply that Satan perverted hetero's and made homo's, but if that is the case then why would He allow us to be succeptable to that type of perversion if it was indeed such an abomination. Again this points to the idea that God is the Ultimate Sadist. I personally DONT think God is a sadist, I believe that God is alot more tolerant than His followers would have you believe. If not, well I'm sure we all are gonna roast because I can say with complete certainty that no one who will be reading this post is without sin.

3.) Does God talk to you personally and impart His wisdom directly to your ear? Are you absolutely certain that homosexuals are an abomination? Are you wise enough to comprehend His grande scheme? Are you absolutely sure that He doesn't has Plans for homosexuals? (other than the obvious crap I'm sure you are going to spout about "send them to Hell")

God gave us free will, so gays are just people without morals who have decided to live a life of debauchery and sin. They are an abomination.

I speak with God regularly, he seems like a nice enough guy. He told us in his own words (the bible) that he hates gays, what more do you want?

I don't think it's morally reprehensible, God does. I do think I am more righteous than most Americans, but that is because I am filled with the love of Jesus and he guides me.
