Should the N word be filtered, or not

I don't think that any words should be perma-censored. This is, afterall, NT. I think it's safe to say that couth, or any semblance of it, goes pretty much right out the window as terms like meatcurtains and cuntdrop are typically expected vocabulary here.
Like what Harri said though - if we're gonna censor one word, why not just censor them all?

Unfortunately the word itself isn't the problem. By calling it 'the N word' we replace nig' with "the N word". How is either one different? You still get the same reaction. I guarantee if everyone started using "The N Word" it too would be come offensive.

I'm for censoring the word for a number of reasons, but especially b/c I don't like the idea of my website surfing habits being picked up by some sort of hate-site filter at work. I mean, this is the only site I look at that has this issue.
Go-go free speech but come on, it's not like through the use of that term, you're saying anything funny, interesting, or substantive. You're just being a jackass. Now I know that some of you are children who still chuckle every time you hear the word 'shit' but grow up please.

This entire thing is only an issue because Taxx has been trying to bait me for weeks by dropping it all over the place.
I bet you every other website you guys go to, it would not be aloud and most anyone who frequents those sites would know better than to use it.
On NT on the other hand, we have some people that just don't know how to comport themselves, so they NEED babying.
Or as I've suggested, just ban them and we won't have any problems.
