What to do?

about my right arm being a whole lot stronger than my left arm? Exercise them both equally? Exercise according to what approaches my limits?

Currently I am able to do 20% more weight, not to mention a lot more reps with my right arm. I dunno, let my left arm dictate the pace?

Im right handed but my left arm is almost as strong as my right...

I use my left arm for a lot, although it isnt much Im almost ambidextrous

I eat left handed, hold my drinks left handed etc. But I cant write worth a shit left handed, or much else. But, I can use a mouse left handed pretty damned well...

(even did it in counterstrike to boost my ego one week)

Use them the same when working out, start with your qeaker arm on idnividual sided moves, so you know when to stop with your right.

do lifts with dumbbells rather than barbells so you know when to stop when your left arm gives out

i did that after i started lifting again after i had surgery on my left shoulder, worked well

and i prefer DB work over BB work anyway ~_~

Thanks, trying to rehab my arm. Sprained my wrist a while back and really gave up using my left arm for much as a result.

Thanks for this 10sun. In the same situation, I almost dropped a 30lb DB on my face the other day because it was in my left hand. Thankfully my friend caught it and saved me a trip to the dentist
