After watching the FoH/AL/LOS/Conquest compete in EQ and now watching as these four guilds recreated in their own respected incarnations compete in WoW....

I think it's more the skill of the players, the leadership, and the overall drive and dedication of the guild as a whole that makes up ...

conquest was disbanded and all the players recieved an instant suspension, not banning
the handful of people in the guild that had previous suspensions got banned
(for the record they were later re-formed and apologized to by verant, who admitted they handled the entire incident very wrong)
