We had NO other contact with Blizzard, period. Certainly less than FOH, who had a EQ dev in their guild. We had NO resources in my entire time in the guild apart from the people we had. Period.

Lets go oldschool. The secret to LOS' success, as everyone knows

You gotta admit, too, that Sanc was pretty gimp back then. We just absorbed the best people when it imploded after Fell's brilliantly conceived "Lets depop the dain!" plan.

Sanc just had a lot of really BAD people (see: Ixnay), and some of the worst guild leadership in the history of Nameless. I won't say EQ, cause at least Sanc guild leadership never, say, E-Bayed the guild bank and used it to pay for vacations to the Bahamas, like happened elsewhere, but Fell was about as inept a leader as you can get. Not to mention his being a raving psychopath. (Bass Fishing!)

We never had inside information on any of the raids I attended. We would adjust our methods depending on the outcome. I enjoyed my time in EQ, and occasionally play my mage from time to time. With all the new expansions and changes, I find myself visiting old zones and soloing most of the time. The spark of old EQ is gone for me. If I could, I would do it all over again.
