He's literally the greatest thing that's ever happened to the firearms industry. All talk, no cattle. But enough talk to rile up every fence sitter in the nation and galvanize them against legislation in the future. Where he could act of his own accord without violating the constitution, he's tried, and even that has been rather inept. Annoying, but meaningless. Rule changes through the ATF, etc.
No, on that front, I've really got no complaint. Gun rights, sales, participation in firearms groups and training programs, competitions, etc, has grown faster under Obama's watchful eye than the national debt.

Every time a new piece of gun control legislation gets pushed thru it chips away at the 2A... 10 day waiting periods, low capacity magazines, special tool required to release the magazines, etc etc. These are all blatant infringements... little by little, piece by piece.
