I personally like the theory that eventually all the black holes in the universe (specifically the ones at the center of every galaxy) come together as they have devoured the entire universe between them. At the final moment, they will trigger another big bang and it all starts again.

Actually, congress does not have oversight of the FED. It is not a public entity. The FED is about as federal as fedex.
