Comcast's stability hasn't ever been a huge issue. The problem I have is their undertrained tier 1 tech support staff that tells me every time that it's my problem and not theirs.

In my job, I have to deal with different providers on a daily basis. Comcast has definately been the worst so far. SBC is a steaming pile of crap as well. The only provider I've encountered that is worth a damn is Time Warner. I think they're the only provider out there who's first tier support ...
